About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at RAF Brize Norton.
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Coordinate meetings and events, utilizing effective communication skills to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required by management
- Assist in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable, but not essential
- A strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- $28,000 - $32,000 per annum, including access to ongoing training and development programs
- The opportunity to grow within the company and take on new challenges
