Student Learning Coordinator

About the PositionThis role involves working closely with teachers and other staff members to ensure a smooth and productive learning environment. You will be responsible for managing student behaviour, supervising lessons, and providing support to students in need. A strong focus on behaviour management and safeguarding is essential for this role.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can create a positive and respectful learning environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting students in their learning journey. They will also be able to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage student behaviour to create a productive and respectful learning environment.
- Supervise lessons set by the class teacher and support students in completing their tasks.
- Foster positive relationships with students and staff, acting as a role model.
- Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of students at all times.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum
