Learning Support Assistant

Are you looking to develop your skills in a classroom environment? Academics LTD is partnering with several outstanding secondary schools in the local area, seeking enthusiastic and proactive Learning Support Assistants to start immediately.
The role of a Learning Support Assistant involves supporting teachers in the classroom, helping students with their learning and providing additional support where needed. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and build your confidence in a teaching setting.
We estimate that this role will come with a salary of around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:
- SUPPORT TEACHERS IN THE CLASSROOM
- ASSIST STUDENTS WITH THEIR LEARNING NEEDS
- PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SUPPORT WHERE NEEDED
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to provide additional support to students with varying needs
