About the JobIn this role, you will work closely with individuals with learning disabilities, supporting them with their daily activities, including meal times and personal care. You will also facilitate group and individual activities to promote social interaction and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting individuals with their daily activities
- Facilitating group and individual activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and supporting during meal times
- Providing personal care as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, a compassionate and patient attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team. A relevant qualification or training would be an advantage.
Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is £23,000-£30,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive training and ongoing support.
