Job Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a Learning Support Assistant at Academics Ltd, a Special Needs School in Witney. As an Autism Teaching Assistant, you will support students with their learning, both inside and outside the classroom, and encourage positive relationships and interactions between students.

About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach in the classroom, adapting to meet the unique needs of each student. Previous experience supporting children, as well as a general understanding of Autism, would be beneficial. A degree in Psychology or a related field would also be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Support students with their learning, both inside and outside the classroom
- Encourage positive relationships and interactions between students
- Promote independence and help develop interpersonal skills
- Create a learning environment where all students feel safe and comfortable

Requirements
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs
- Understanding of Autism and its effects on individuals
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life assurance, and professional development opportunities.
