Job Title: Production Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Production Engineer to join our client's team in Witney.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Projects Team to design and implement new equipment.
  • Perform regular equipment checks and respond to breakdowns to prevent downtime.
  • Fault find and maintain complex automated equipment.
  • Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment with skills in process improvement and problem solving.
  • Completion of a recognised engineering degree or higher education qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with peers and other departments.
  • Maintain high standards of record keeping and adherence to quality systems.
  • Estimated Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
