We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding career opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our client's R&D and Manufacturing team. As a lean-focused continuous improvement specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the business approach to continuous and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, manufacturing or mechanical engineering, with relevant practical experience within a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for supporting new and existing production lines, writing production processes and workbooks, and utilizing CAD software to complete ECNs.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems and Lean principles (ideally 6-Sigma trained) is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support the development and implementation of lean manufacturing practices throughout the organization.
  • Design and implement improvements to existing production processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Utilize CAD software to create designs and models for new products and equipment.
