Internal Business Development Specialist - Dudley Area
We are seeking an Internal Business Development Specialist to join our client's team in Dudley. As a key member of the sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling products within manufacturing/industrial markets, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques. You will be required to quote customers over the phone and by email, manage accounts, upsell where appropriate, and promote the current marketing initiative. Additionally, you will need to follow up quotations, support the overall effective functioning of the sales department, problem-solve, and develop strong customer relationships.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30, with one in every seven Saturday mornings (09:00-12:00) and an 'On Call' rota after a probation period. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive/Account Manager to grow their career in a dynamic industry.
Salary Estimate: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum based on location and experience.
