Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Charity Link, promoting the valuable work of some of the country's most well-known charities.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while developing your sales skills and earning a competitive salary.

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential supporters and promoting the charity's work in your area. You will have the opportunity to earn a basic salary of £23,800 with the potential to earn up to £45,000 or more in OTE (On-Target Earnings).

The role involves:

  • Becoming familiar with the charity's mission and values
  • Identifying potential supporters and building relationships with them
  • Promoting the charity's work through various means, including face-to-face meetings and phone calls

You will also receive a comprehensive training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sales background or experience in fundraising
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
