* Experience working with young people, particularly in managing behaviour and offering emotional and academic support
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with students
* A calm, patient approach and a knack for diffusing challenging situations while promoting positive behaviour
* Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine desire to help young people achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
