As a Behaviour Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas within Beechwood College have continual access to a member of staff whose role it is to ensure adherence to person-centred plans, including Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work in a support worker role, predominantly in our education team or on one of our residential homes attached to the college.
  • Specific shifts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis devoted to clinical work, including reviewing PBS plans, conducting observations, carrying out psychometric outcome measures, interviewing students/staff, carrying out functional analyses, completing audits and service evaluations, supporting therapeutic interventions, and co-facilitating CBT group therapy.
  • Work alongside the whole clinical team, including our Clinical Psychologist, and be under the direct supervision from an assistant psychologist.
