We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Specialist to join our team within our Floating Support service in the Vale of Glamorgan. This role will provide a personalised service to individuals who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, working in close partnership with relevant agencies and local networks to support independent living skills.

This role will be key in providing a service that enables individuals to sustain a tenancy and fulfill their potential. You will have a good understanding of the changing needs of individuals with a sound working knowledge of the Housing Benefits system. You will need excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and build supportive relationships.

The successful candidate will have a full, current UK driving licence and use of a vehicle. We offer a range of benefits, including a pay rate of £12.55 per hour, fully paid induction and training programme, and enhanced sick pay.
