Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice, support, motivation, crisis intervention, and future planning to service users.
  • Develop positive working relationships with clients to facilitate the best possible outcomes.
  • Assess and undertake casework with clients seeking support or resettlement.
  • Assist clients with their finances and grant claims, liaising with appropriate agencies as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience as a tenancy support worker and knowledge of current welfare and housing benefits.
  • Ability to drive and have access to your own vehicle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
