About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Therapist to join our team at Electus Healthcare's Olderfleet Unit. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents with complex dementia care needs.

As an Activity Therapist, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating and engaging activity program that enhances the quality of life for each resident. You will work closely with our support team to deliver excellent care and build positive relationships with our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a person-centered activity program that meets the diverse needs and interests of our residents
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and activities
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment
  • Contribute to the development of our care home's culture and values
