About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Activity Therapist to join our team at Electus Healthcare. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents with complex dementia care needs.

Your primary responsibility will be to create and support a stimulating and engaging activity program that enhances the quality of life for each resident. This will involve getting to know our residents, building positive relationships, and creating a friendly atmosphere within the home.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, committed to providing the highest standards of person-centered care. You will also have access to professional training and development opportunities to further your career in a specialist and unique service.

As an Activity Therapist, you will be required to work as part of our support team to deliver excellent care to our residents. You will be responsible for creating a stimulating and developing activity program to enhance the quality of life for each resident within the nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
