Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Stop Domestic Abuse. As a key member of our income generation department, you will play a critical role in shaping our fundraising strategy and driving growth through various channels.
This dynamic role requires exceptional communication, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills. You will be responsible for designing and executing innovative fundraising campaigns, nurturing lasting relationships with supporters, and growing our income through diverse channels. Collaborating closely with the Business Development Director and Business Development Manager, you will ensure alignment with the overall income generation strategy.
Key Objectives:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy aligned with the charity's goals.
- Secure grants from statutory agencies and trusts to support the charity's mission.
- Promote individual giving initiatives, community events, and corporate partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize income and optimize resource utilization.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders and supporters.
Skills and Qualifications:
The successful candidate will hold a relevant degree and possess significant experience in fundraising, grant writing, and partnership development. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent communication and project management skills to drive multiple projects simultaneously. A proven track record in fundraising and partnership development is also required.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including generous annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
