Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £48,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you'll receive a range of benefits, including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that drives income growth and supports our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a strategic fundraising plan that meets our income targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters and stakeholders to drive income growth.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director and Business Development Manager to secure grants and partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver targeted fundraising campaigns and events to engage new audiences.
  • Manage budgets and finances to optimize income and minimize costs.

  • Proven track record of success in fundraising and income generation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques.

Other Information:

This role involves occasional evening and weekend working to support fundraising events and activities. Time off in lieu will be given for these events and activities.
