Job Title: HR Partnership Manager - UK

We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to fill the role of HR Partnership Manager - UK. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with client groups, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide high-quality HR services, including employee relations, talent management, recruitment, reward, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior management and reporting managers to understand business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practices across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in a technical matrix organization.
  • Excellent understanding of employee relations, talent management, recruitment, reward, and performance management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or working towards it.
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and HR database knowledge.

What We Offer:
