Job Summary

The Tessenderlo Group is seeking a highly skilled Raw Material Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of raw materials, with a focus on process control and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process control strategies to improve liming and neutralisation efficiency
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of raw material treatment operators, ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety protocols
  • Monitor and control chemical consumptions, receipt of chemical deliveries, and point of contact for raw material hauliers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CAPEX initiatives and improve process stability
  • Develop and maintain training records for farm personnel, and create and update farm SOPs
  • Manage the liming inventory spreadsheet, evaluate and control pit levels, and schedule maintenance activities for liming pits/valves
Requirements
  • Minimum qualifications: BTEC, A Levels, National Diploma
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge: SAP experience, proficient in Microsoft Office Package
  • Behavioural Competencies: People Management, Assertiveness, Communication
