Job Title: Raw Material Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Material Supervisor to join our team at Tessenderlo Group. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of raw materials, driving process improvements, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize raw material treatment processes
  • Monitor and control liming inventory, pit levels, and temperatures
  • Coordinate day-to-day tasks, including water usage and maintenance activities
  • Manage performance of operators working in raw material treatment areas
  • Control time and attendance systems for raw material treatment operators
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings
  • Develop and maintain training programs for farm personnel
  • Manage goods receipt and inventory of raw materials in SAP

Requirements

  • BTEC, A Levels, or National Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Package
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
