Job Title: Raw Material Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Raw Material Supervisor to join our team at Tessenderlo Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective treatment of raw materials, with a focus on improving process control and reducing costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve liming and neutralisation process efficiency
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of raw material treatment operators
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, temperatures, and water usage
  • Manage the performance of operators working in the raw material treatment area
  • Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Develop and maintain training records for farm personnel
  • Manage the receipt and allocation of raw materials in SAP
  • Monitor chemical consumptions and receipt of chemical deliveries

Requirements:

  • BTEC, A Levels, or National Diploma in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Package
  • Strong communication and people management skills
