About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Russell Taylor Group Ltd. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in the environmental testing of mechanical products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key accounts and develop strategies to increase sales revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include competitive company bonus (20-60% of salary), private healthcare, pension (up to 12%), car allowance, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
