Reward Equity Director

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Remote Role (UK Wide)

The Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the provision of expert advice on reward equity and bonus policy development, process design, and documentation, as well as payroll compliance. This includes leading global tax compliance strategies and solutions for employer reporting and withholding on incentive compensation, particularly for internationally mobile individuals. Additionally, the candidate will lead cross-border equity and cash income tax and social security calculation compliance and consulting services, leveraging technology for such work. The role also involves preparing global payroll reports to ensure clients meet their reporting and withholding obligations on long-term incentive awards for internationally mobile individuals, such as RSUs, share options, and cash bonuses. The ideal candidate will have additional global mobility, compensation, and/or taxation experience and possess excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
