About the Role:The ideal candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and be able to deliver flexible care arrangements that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
Maintaining accurate records of resident care, including medication administration and treatment plans, is also a critical aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality person-centred care to residents in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Valid NMC PIN.
- Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
