Job Title: District Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner Team Lead
Job Summary
The NHS National Services Scotland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner to lead our Mainland Orkney Nursing Team. As a key member of our Community Care Department, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing leadership and clinical expertise to support the development of community nursing services across Orkney.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of highly committed nurses and managers in the redesign and development of community nursing services
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support the delivery of high-quality care
- Work collaboratively with inter-agency colleagues to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care for patients, families, and communities
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a District Nurse/Advanced Nurse Practitioner to take on a leadership role and contribute to the transformation of community nursing services in Orkney.
