Clinical Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Manager to lead our community nursing team in delivering high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Clinical Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of community nurses, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver excellent patient care.
The role involves working closely with other healthcare professionals, patients, and families to develop and implement effective care plans. You will also be responsible for monitoring the performance of the team, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to improve quality and safety.
Requirements- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration
- District Nurse Certificate/SPQ Nursing in the Home or equivalent
- Postgraduate expertise within speciality / area of practice demonstrating leadership skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and standards within the speciality / area of practice
- Specialist knowledge and experience of relevant conditions, pathology, policies, and procedures associated with the speciality / area of practice
NHS Lanarkshire offers a competitive salary, ranging from £43,041 to £62,077, depending on experience. As a Clinical Team Manager, you can expect a range of benefits, including:
