**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Haematological Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with patients, carers, and stakeholders to deliver specialist treatment and support in the comfort of their own homes.

**Responsibilities**

Your duties will include:

  • Administering haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments according to patient care plans
  • Documenting clinical data and reporting adverse drug events via the correct protocol
  • Building long-lasting relationships with patients, carers, and stakeholders to aid and support treatment and recovery
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and demonstrating competence in clinical areas
  • Staying compliant with all business policies and procedures
