About the Job

This exciting opportunity will enable you to work as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team, providing specialist care and support to patients receiving chemotherapy in their own homes. You will collaborate with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure seamless care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in nursing or a related field, with significant experience in haematology and oncology.
  • Advanced knowledge of chemotherapy regimens, side effects, and management strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
