Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role:

We offer a competitive salary, paid NMC pin renewal, and 28 days pro rata holidays. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for residents, as well as administering medications and treatments. Our ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and developing individualized care plans for residents
  • Administering medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans
  • Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission
  • Maintaining accurate medical records and reports
  • Communicating effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse with active NMC nursing pin
  • Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
