Salary:

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be around £49,489, offering an excellent earning potential.

Job Description:

As a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN), your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care to residents, prioritizing their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This will involve mentoring and supporting colleagues, acting as a practice supervisor and assessor to students, and attending safeguarding training to ensure the safety and security of our residents.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hold a valid NMC Pin number
  • Advocate for person-centred care
  • Be vigilant in recognising and reporting safeguarding concerns
