About the Role

As a Haematology Treatment Nurse with Sciensus, you will play a vital role in providing specialist care and support to patients receiving chemotherapy in their own homes. You will work closely with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans and ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer chemotherapy treatments according to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements
