As an Oncology Community Nurse with our organisation, you will play a critical role in delivering chemotherapy treatments in patients' homes, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert clinical care to patients in their homes, ensuring timely and effective treatment administration
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patients' needs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care

To succeed in this rewarding role, you will require:

  • Registered nurse with a valid nursing license
  • Proven experience in oncology or palliative care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team
