We are working with Hackney Council to appoint a Preparing for Adulthood Team Manager to join their Integrated Learning Disability Service.

The Integrated Learning Disabilities Service (ILDS) is a multi-disciplinary service comprised of social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dieticians, speech and language therapists, and business support staff. It also provides social work and health support and interventions for adults who have a confirmed learning disability, and support for their carers.

The salary for this role is estimated at £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the office and 3 days from home.

This is an excellent opportunity to improve outcomes and experiences for adults with a learning disability, working with a range of professionals, residents, and families.
