Coyles is a well-established organization in the adult social care setting, seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Care Officer. This position will involve managing the Community team, covering for the second senior during holidays, and providing support for the Team Leader as required.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the Community team to achieve their goals. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
