Teaching Assistant Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join our team in OL1, Oldham.
About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity to work with children and young people with Autism, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities
- Assist with the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
- Provide emotional support and guidance to pupils as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with children with Autism
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
