Sja's West is seeking an experienced Volunteer Engagement Manager to lead County-level initiatives focused on building strong relationships with local community networks. As a leader in this role, you will empower volunteers to become lifesavers in their communities, gaining new skills and supporting others in need.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to foster a culture of inclusion and equity within the organization. A strong focus on developing partnerships with local organizations will also be required. The estimated salary for this role is between £45,000 - £65,000 per year.

In addition to the salary, you will receive comprehensive training and induction to ensure your success in this position. This includes a weekend training session in Birmingham, scheduled for January 2025.
