About the Opportunity:
">The Oyster Partnership is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to lead the launch of our newest and most exciting student living experience in Liverpool. As part of our rapidly growing PBSA developer and operator, you'll play a key role in shaping the culture and energy of this new student hub from the ground up.
">Your Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement strategies to create a welcoming community that feels like home, encouraging memorable stays, rebookings, and referrals.
- Design and deliver engaging events to boost resident satisfaction and strengthen ties with universities and local organisations.
- Support the General Manager in health and safety compliance, maintaining high operational standards.
- Lead and mentor your team, providing feedback, development plans, and fostering a positive, values-driven work environment.
Requirements:
">- A proven track record in community building and resident engagement.
- Experience in PBSA, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Excellent event planning, social media management, and customer service skills.
- A can-do attitude, with the flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Familiarity with CRM and booking systems.
Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum, plus benefits.
