Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Communities and Education Division as a Volunteer Community Support Worker. This role will involve working with participants in our Resettlement Support programme, providing practical and emotional support to help them reintegrate into their local communities.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting participants to access vital services and engage with their local community
- Assisting participants to develop skills and knowledge to succeed in their personal and professional lives
- Working collaboratively with staff to deliver positive impact through projects that address a range of needs
- Ability to listen effectively and communicate with others
- Ability to keep commitments and/or appointments
- Basic IT skills and ability to use own initiative to identify and access relevant resources
