Humanist Event Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering an engaging program of events that showcase the values of Humanists International. This includes collaborating with the coordinator to create an annual schedule of online and in-person events, as well as leading the delivery of all events, including speaker acquisition, venue relations, and volunteer management.

About You:

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational skills, who can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience in event planning, public engagement, or community development would be highly beneficial, as would knowledge of humanist principles and values.

Key responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning and executing events that align with Humanists International's goals and objectives.
  2. Collaborating with speakers, volunteers, and partners to deliver high-quality events.
  3. Ensuring events are accessible and inclusive for all attendees.
  4. Maintaining accurate records and reports on event attendance, engagement, and outcomes.
