Are you a skilled event professional looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking an experienced Supervisor of Events to join our team at SmartRental.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the tourism and hospitality sector, with a portfolio of brands covering various vertical markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Event Execution: Oversee the installation and operation of events, ensuring all quality and safety protocols are followed.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the events team, assigning tasks and supervising their performance to ensure the events' success.
  • Client Satisfaction: Act as the main point of contact with clients during the event and ensure all event components are executed as planned.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues in real-time, staying calm and ensuring client satisfaction.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, along with discounts on our hotels, restaurants, and events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event management or supervision.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work non-standard hours, including weekends and evenings as required by the events schedule.
