Senior Customer Journey Manager

We are seeking a Customer Experience Director to lead and inspire our team at Saint-Gobain Glassolutions. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing customer experience strategies aligned with Saint-Gobain's goals, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing customer experience strategies aligned with Saint-Gobain's goals, driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Leading training programs across the branch network to maintain exceptional standards, ensuring a cohesive approach that exceeds customer expectations.
- Managing, recruiting, and training a team of 11 from 3 branches (Elland, Dudley, and Eggborough), fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in leading teams and driving results, with a strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain top-class service standards.
- Technologically proficient with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance our service, streamlining processes, and creating a seamless customer experience.
Salary and Benefits
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
