Mental Health Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Support Specialist to join our team in Luton. As a Support Worker, you will manage a caseload of individuals with mental health, substance misuse, and other complex needs.
Your role will involve providing high-quality support, ensuring individuals are empowered to make positive choices, and overseeing their progress through the accommodation pathway.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled support to individuals with complex needs, including mental health and substance misuse
- Manage a caseload of clients and oversee their progress through the accommodation pathway
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive working environment
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with clear communication skills and experience in providing support to individuals with complex needs.
You should be able to demonstrate a compassionate, person-centred approach to empowering individuals on their recovery journey.
Requirements- Experience supporting individuals with mental health and substance misuse
- Self-motivated individual with clear communication skills
- Enhanced Child and Adults DBS
- Ability to travel around Luton
