About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systemic Psychotherapy Clinician to join our team of specialist clinicians in a leading NHS trust. As a key member of our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS), you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality interventions to young people and their families.

With a strong focus on systemic assessment, formulation, and intervention, you will be responsible for working with clients across a range of care settings, including outpatient, community, primary care, and inpatient settings. Your expertise in family therapy will enable you to effectively communicate complex information to clients, their families, carers, and professional colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's/Diploma level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited with UKCP. Additionally, they should have post-qualification training in one or more additional specialised areas of therapeutic practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality systemic assessments, formulations, and interventions to clients across various care settings.
  • Communicate complex information effectively to clients, their families, carers, and professional colleagues.
  • Develop and implement care pathways within the team.
  • Contribute to the Clinician of the Day (COD) rota as required.

Person Specification:

  • Masters/Diploma level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited with UKCP.
  • Post-qualification training in one or more additional specialised areas of therapeutic practice.
  • Assessed experience of working as a qualified systemic family psychotherapist for a minimum of 2 years or substantial previous relevant clinical experience.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
