Job Summary

The role of a Clinical Psychologist at East London NHS Foundation Trust offers an exciting opportunity to work with adolescents and their families in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team, providing formulation-driven assessments and time-limited interventions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working with young people presenting with complex mental health difficulties, including eating disorders, psychosis, OCD, and emerging emotional regulation difficulties. You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical leadership skills, share your expertise, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,859 - £67,059 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible working arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, or its equivalent, and a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience working with children and adolescents. They will possess excellent communication and relationship skills, analytical and judgemental abilities, and the capacity to adapt their approach according to need.
