We are seeking a skilled Family/Systemic Psychotherapist to provide interventions within a relational approach to Mental Health. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with multicultural contexts and be committed to service development.

About the Role

The post holder will contribute to a specialist child and adolescent mental health service, supporting young people and their families with complex mental health needs. They will play a key role in developing and implementing care pathways within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality interventions within a relational approach to Mental Health
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care pathways
  • Support young people and their families with complex mental health needs
Requirements
  • Masters/Diploma level qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy, accredited with UKCP
  • Experience of working as a qualified systemic family psychotherapist for a minimum of 2 years or substantial previous relevant clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a diverse community and adapt to different cultural contexts
