Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at East Midlands Railway. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of customer service representatives to deliver high-quality customer service
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner
- Monitor and report on customer feedback and complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a customer-facing environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
