About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Loughborough Station. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring the station is clean, safe, and presentable at all times, and maintaining compliance with company processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer service team with day-to-day activities and provide a high standard of customer service
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers at the station
  • Ensure the station is clean, safe, and presentable at all times, in accordance with East Midlands Railway contractual obligations
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with company processes and procedures
  • Work closely with Network Rail and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or people manager role is essential
  • Prior railway experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Ability to work shifts, including early, late, and night shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
