Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service Team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls to the business from clients, responding to their requests and providing solutions to their queries.
  • Work towards and aim to exceed sales expectations, helping customers understand the different handsets, deals, and network providers on offer.
  • Build relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
  • Deliver a consistent call flow, giving customers the confidence in the information provided.
  • Maximise up-selling opportunities while ensuring customers have an informed choice.

Requirements:

  • A commitment to providing great service.
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Remain positive and enthusiastic during every customer contact.
  • Experience of working towards targets.
  • An interest in technology.
  • Consistently provide a high level of service.
  • IT skills.
