Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences at all times. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and taking appropriate actions to resolve issues.
Main Duties:
- Providing excellent customer experiences
- Understanding customer requirements and taking appropriate actions
- Verifying and updating customer information on a CRM system
- Offering proactive solutions to customer issues
- Escalating to 2nd line case management team where necessary
- Ownership of customer experience and follow-through
- Working to a high degree of accuracy
Required Skills & Experience:
- Ability to learn new systems and procedures
- Computer literacy, preferably with knowledge of using the internet and email
- Strong listening and communication skills to resolve customer queries
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Strong organisational skills
