About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pertemps Bond. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for managing inbound calls from clients and customers, working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls to the business from clients and customers' requests.
  • Work towards and aim to exceed sales expectations.
  • Help customers understand different handsets, deals, and network providers on offer.
  • Ensure customers have the best possible sales journey by providing great advice and all available options.
  • Build relationships with customers to convert one-time customers into customers for life.
  • Deliver a consistent call flow, giving customers confidence in the information provided.
  • Maximise up-selling opportunities while ensuring customers have an informed choice.

Key Skills:

  • A commitment to providing great service.
  • Customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Remain positive and enthusiastic during every customer contact.
  • Experience of working towards targets.
  • An interest in technology.
  • Consistently provide a high level of service.
  • IT skills.
